UofL’s 2 Factor authentication initiative promoted the requirement for campus-wide 2 factor authentication through printed materials like posters and digital elements such as social media posts and a webpage. The campaign integrated UofL’s brand standards with Duo green. We also centered the imagery around hand symbols relating to the UofL “L” to make the marketing stand out around campus.

Implementing Microsoft 365

After the initial push to make 2FCTR mandatory for student systems, we then needed to integrate Microsoft 365 into two-factor authentication. Although the information was similar, we had to create a fresh look to ensure people recognized it as new information and part of a new ad campaign.
